This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Emphasize preventive care and health maintenance Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Document all patient interactions in the electronic health record (Epic) Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Experience Required Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems preferred License/ Certification Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Active and unrestricted Jersey medical license (or eligibility) DEA registration and current
BLS/ACLS
