Job Description

Who are we? Medical Essential Diagnostics is a team of medical professionals committed to providing preventative healthcare testing and physicals to all NJ essential workers. Through our " Save My Life Program" , we provide comprehensive, cardiopulmonary physical exams via our five clinic locations within the state . This program wasdesigned exclusively for first responders, township/county/state employees, educators , and their families. These everyday heroes who keep our communities running rely on us to keep them in the best shape possible!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
  • Accurately document patient encounters, progress notes, and other relevant information in electronic medical records or other documentation systems.
  • Advising patients on preventative care and optimal health practices
  • Ensure quality of tests being performed
  • Analyze and interpret test results i.e. pft, chest x-rays, abi's, EKGs, etc...
  • Refer patients for further diagnostic testing as needed
  • Relay information between clinics and physicians as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree (M. D., Doctor of Medicine or D.O., Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
  • Prefer Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
  • Adult and Geriatric patient population experience
  • Excellent judgment and discretion, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$100.00 - $200.00 per hour
