The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive pediatric care, including preventive visits, acute care, and management of chronic conditions for infants, children, and adolescents. Daily responsibilities include performing physical exams, taking patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based care plans. The Pediatrician will collaborate closely with primary care clinicians, specialists, nurses, and other team members to ensure coordinated, family-centered care. Additional responsibilities include counseling families on growth, development, nutrition, and safety; documenting care in the electronic health record; participating in quality improvement initiatives; and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive clinic environment. Qualifications Strong clinical foundation in Medicine, with board certification in Pediatrics. Demonstrated experience in Pediatrics and Primary Care, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management for infants, children, and adolescents. Training or experience in newborn care, including assessment of newborns and early developmental screening. Ability to work effectively with Physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, fostering open communication and collaborative decision-making. Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state of New Jersey; DEA registration or eligibility. Completion of an accredited pediatric residency program. Commitment to equitable, culturally sensitive, and family-centered care for diverse populations. Proficiency with electronic health records and comfort using technology to support patient care. Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient education skills.
