Salary:

$240k - $270k base + bonus & loan repayment A Flexible, Patient-Focused Approach to Care We re seeking a Family Medicine Physician (or outpatient-focused Internal Medicine Physician) to join a modern, high-access outpatient practice in New Jersey. This role blends primary care continuity with same-day urgent care visits, offering the best of both worlds in a supportive, team-based environment. What You ll Do Provide care for a mix of scheduled and walk-in patients in a fully outpatient setting Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage Review on-site diagnostic imaging, including X-rays Manage and follow your own panel of patients, supporting continuity of care Treat a primarily adult population with occasional straightforward pediatric cases Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer seamlessly to in-house specialists Deliver efficient, high-quality care with an average of 2 3 patients per hour Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, 40-hour workweek Rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends Extended hours model (open 7 days/week) offering flexibility No inpatient responsibilities What You Bring Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New Jersey Comfort with minor procedures and urgent care-style cases Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach Interest in both acute care and long-term patient relationships Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary!
