Duties Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations through detailed physical examinations and diagnostic assessments. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating surgical interventions, non-invasive therapies, and pain management strategies. Conduct various orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements, fracture repairs, arthroscopic procedures, and corrective surgeries. Utilize advanced medical imaging techniques such as X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and ultrasound to diagnose musculoskeletal issues accurately. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties including radiology, anesthesiology, physical therapy, and primary care to optimize patient outcomes. Manage preoperative and postoperative care ensuring seamless perioperative processes and patient recovery. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, medication management, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health. Experience Post-residency experience in orthopedic surgery with a strong foundation in both surgical and non-surgical treatment modalities. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management. Demonstrated expertise in interpreting medical imaging including MRI, CT scans, and radiographs relevant to musculoskeletal conditions. Experience working within hospital settings or outpatient clinics with inpatient experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures and familiarity with CPT coding for accurate billing practices. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including specialists in cardiology, neurology, rheumatology, and emergency medicine.
