Position Highlights Outpatient Family Medicine Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Patients of all ages 3-6 month assignment with extension potential Credentialing in approximately 6-8 weeks Job Responsibilities Provide primary and preventive care for all ages Treat acute illnesses and injuries Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD Perform wellness exams, screenings, and immunizations Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health Collaborate with an integrated healthcare team Additional Information Help for Additional Information. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active NM license (or ability to obtain) DEA and BLS required Ability to meet credentialing requirements Outpatient Family Medicine or Primary Care experience. Experience serving rural or underserved communities. Previous Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribal Health, or 638 healthcare experience. Experience caring for Native American populations.
