Deliver direct care, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services for all ages. Manage chronic conditions, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals. Supervise clinical staff, participate in quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and adhere to organizational policies.
Qualifications :
MD/DO from an accredited school, family medicine residency, board certification/eligibility, active license, DEA, BLS, and preferred outpatient or FQHC experience.
Skills :
Strong clinical judgment, communication, cultural competence, EMR proficiency, and team collaboration.
