Job Description

An established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center serving Central New York is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient team. This is a strictly outpatient position focused primarily on adult patients. Physicians will provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and serve as a clinical resource to advanced practice providers within a collaborative, team-based environment.
Position Highlights Flexible scheduling:
five 8-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or three 10-hour shifts Full-time benefits eligibility available with reduced-day schedules Average patient volume of approximately 100 patients per week 30-minute appointment structure Low-intensity shared call rotation, approximately one week every four to six weeks MEDENT electronic medical record system Strong clinical, administrative, care coordination, and patient navigation support No formal supervisory responsibilities Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for New York medical licensure Comfortable practicing independently in a busy outpatient setting Mission-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply Compensation and Benefits Starting base salary around $250,000, depending on experience Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Retirement plan Approximately $3,000 annual CME allowance plus CME time Reimbursement for licensure, DEA registration, and professional memberships Potential eligibility for NHSC loan repayment
Pay:
$250,000.00 - $290,000.00 per year
