This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, efficiency, and working within a supportive clinical environment. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult patient population in an established outpatient setting. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care with an efficient workflow and strong clinical support.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Weekly on-call rotation Clinical Expectations Provide full-spectrum primary care for adult patients Manage acute and chronic conditions Maintain a patient schedule of approximately 15-minute appointment slots Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:

Requirements:

MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine Active or eligible for medical licensure in New York State Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or adult primary care Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
