Job Description

We're looking for a committed Family Medicine physician to join our adult primary care team in Auburn, NY. If you value continuity of care, an efficient clinic workflow, and working with a supportive clinical team, this could be a great fit. What you'll do Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to an adult outpatient panel Manage both acute and chronic conditions with sound clinical decision-making Maintain an efficient schedule with roughly 15-minute appointment slots Collaborate closely with nurses and support staff to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care Use our EMR for documentation, care coordination, and follow-up Typical schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Weekly on-call rotation Compensation & benefits Base salary: $250,000 annually 401(k) with employer matching (up to 4%) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off and flexible scheduling options Employee assistance program Relocation assistance and tuition reimbursement Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure Minimum two years' clinical experience in Family Medicine or adult primary care Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Comfortable managing a high-volume panel while delivering high-quality care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach If you're looking to join a collaborative practice focused on high-quality outpatient care, we'd love to hear from you.
