Full-Time, Outpatient Position Overview An established, independent multi-specialty medical group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing clinical team. This role provides high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative healthcare ecosystem that seamlessly integrates primary care, cardiology, and specialty medicine across multiple outpatient locations.
Opportunity Highlights Cardiometabolic Care Integration:
Work closely with established Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology teams to provide coordinated care for complex patients presenting with overlapping metabolic and cardiovascular conditions.
Built-in Referral Pipeline:
Gain immediate access to an internal network of primary care providers, cardiologists, and specialists to quickly build a robust patient panel.
Full Practice Infrastructure:
Focus on patient care while dedicated practice management teams handle billing, staffing, marketing, office space, and administrative operations. Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of outpatient endocrine and metabolic conditions, including: Diabetes, prediabetes, and obesity/weight management Thyroid diseases and thyroid disorders Osteoporosis and metabolic bone diseases Adrenal, pituitary, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) conditions Dyslipidemia, cholesterol management, and complex cardiometabolic risk factors Collaborate with primary care and specialty colleagues to provide integrated treatment plans for patients with multiple chronic conditions.
Qualifications Education & Credentials:
MD or DO degree; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
Licensure:
Active or eligible for an unrestricted New York State medical license.
