Job Description
We are seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our outpatient primary care practice in Upstate New York , just 2 hours north of NYC and 30 minutes south of Albany. This is an outpatient role with strong administrative support and flexibility to shape your practice style. Position Highlights Outpatient-only primary care practice Full-time permanent Approx. 1 weekend per 6 weeks on-call (phone only) Collaborative, patient-focused environment
