A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages at coffee houses or coffee bars. Takes customer orders, serves baked goods and snacks, runs and maintains coffee making equipment and monitors supplies.
We're looking to hire a full-time to provide excellent food and beverage products in our Coffee Shop. The working hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9am-5pm.

Requirements:
Ability to read, write and comprehend English. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Previous barista and food service experience. Excellent organizational skills. Previous experience with point of sale systems. Ability to work under pressure during high volume times. Must have an interest in working with the special needs population. Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds and ability to spend long periods of time standing.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare and serve food and beverages to standard recipes or customized to customers. Informing guests about the differences on coffee varieties, beverages, bakery and other food items. Cleaning and maintaining food service areas in compliance with State sanitation codes. Learn and master barista tasks. Contributing to create a warm and welcoming environment.
