Alumni Healthcare Staffing seeks an Interventional Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in New York. In this role, you will provide image-guided vascular and non-vascular procedures, perform diagnostic imaging interpretations, and collaborate closely with referring physicians and care teams. Responsibilities include pre- and post-procedure patient evaluations, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Perform interventional radiology procedures (vascular and non-vascular) using image guidance Interpret diagnostic imaging studies and communicate findings to referring clinicians Conduct pre- and post-procedure patient assessments and obtain informed consent Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and procedure reporting Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans Participate in call coverage or scheduled shifts as required by the assignment Work effectively within a fast-paced hospital or clinic environment while maintaining quality care Required Skills Interventional radiology procedures Fluoroscopy and image-guided techniques Diagnostic imaging interpretation Radiation safety Vascular access and embolization Patient assessment and peri-procedural care Clinical documentation and reporting Sedation and contrast administration protocols Infection control and sterile technique Communication with multidisciplinary teams
