M-F Salary range: $285,000 to $295,000 (Board Certified) Direct applicants are eligible for $15,000 pay to stay bonus. No Nights/No Weekends/ No On-Call/ Loan Repayment Build a meaningful psychiatric practice while maintaining a predictable schedule and genuine work-life balance. We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our outpatient community mental health team in the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful care to individuals with complex behavioral health needs while working within a multidisciplinary team and enjoying no nights, no weekends and no on-call responsibilities. This is not a low-volume private practice. Our psychiatrists have the opportunity to make a substantial impact while working as part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Our model allows psychiatrists to focus on what they do best—psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management and clinical decision-making—while collaborating with other behavioral health professionals to address the broader needs of our patients.
