Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:

$1.00 (as per available data) Benefits include: Competitive pay package based on MGMA guidelines Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation allowance, if applicable Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holiday pay Retirement plan with employer contributions Malpractice insurance, licensure, and travel reimbursements Paid sick time and ongoing professional development opportunities What You'll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient Urology consultations and procedures Utilize advanced surgical technology, including DaVinci robotic system Manage a patient panel of approximately 17-20 patients daily Participate in on-call rotations (approximately 10 days/month) Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers within the hospital's referral network Document patient care using EMR system (EPIC) Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all procedures Contribute to patient education and follow-up care What You Need Valid Ohio Medical License and Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology Minimum of 2 years of Urology practice experience recommended Strong surgical skills, including robotic systems familiarity preferred Excellent communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-focused approach Willingness to live within 40 miles of the facility or relocate About the Assignment Join a prominent community hospital in Ashtabula, Ohio, with a focus on quality care and patient safety.
