The facility fosters a highly supportive and cohesive environment with a multidisciplinary approach to OB Critical Care, emphasizing best practices that ensure continuity, quality, and patient safety.

Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist Job Details:
Expanding OB Hospitalist program seeking experienced physicians to join a collaborative and cohesive team Provide OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, and delivery for hospitalized patients Coverage for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, including management of OB/GYN emergency department patients Multidisciplinary OB Critical Care collaboration with community OBs and affiliated specialists Real-time communication with office physicians regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries 24-hour in-house shifts with approximately 7 shifts per month Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance Board Certification in OB/GYN required Active Ohio medical license required, or willingness to obtain DEA required prior to start Experience required - new graduate candidates will not be considered Position is not open to locum candidates, visa candidates, commuters, or those seeking secondary employment
