Video Interview + On-site Facility Tour Job Summary Seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Physician in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with primary care experience to provide onsite medical services for an adult male incarcerated population at Lebanon Correctional Institution. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to incarcerated patients.
- Conduct physical examinations and medical evaluations.
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose illnesses and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications.
- Complete medical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Perform reclassifications and medical reviews as required.
- Refer patients for specialty care when necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities and peer reviews.
- Practice in compliance with ODRC policies, procedures, and ACA standards. Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in: o Internal Medicine o Family Medicine o Emergency Medicine
- Active Ohio Medical License.
- Primary care experience preferred.
- Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR Certification.
- DEA Registration.
