Primary Care Physician Location:

Nowata, OK 74048

Pay Rate:

$130 - 170/hr. (Depending on experience, travel, etc.)

Assignment Duration:

3 months with possibility to extend or convert to Permanent employee

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hrs./week, 8 am - 5 pm | Mon-Fri Open to 4x10 hour days or 5x8 hour days. No On-call, floating or overtime required!

Patient Volume:

Approximately 15-20+ patients per day

EMR:

Cerner experience preferred, but not required

Clinical Support:

You will be supported by a dedicated LPN, Clinical Assistant, RN, and Nursing Case Managers , including support for referrals and chronic care management such as diabetes, women's health, and cancer care. Qualifications Active Oklahoma Medical license Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Ability to provide primary care to both adult and pediatric patients. BLS, ACLS, and PALS required or the ability to obtain post-offer. Tribal or rural health experience is preferred but not required
