Role:
We are looking for compassionate Pain Management Providers (MD, DO, APRN, NP, FNP, PA) to join a highly skilled clinical team in Gresham, Oregon. The practice provides comprehensive care to patients experiencing chronic pain through medical management and interventional treatment. The facility includes an on-site ambulatory surgery center, allowing patients to receive clinical evaluations, ongoing medical management, and interventional procedures at the same location. We are seeking an MD or DO with specialized training in Interventional Pain Management, as well as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants interested in developing or continuing their careers in Pain Medicine. Experienced candidates are preferred; however, new graduates with a genuine interest in Pain Medicine will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations. Evaluating and diagnosing patients with chronic and complex pain conditions. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans incorporating medical management, physical therapy, lifestyle modifications, and interventional care. Prescribing and administering appropriate medications and treatments within the provider's scope of practice. Performing procedures such as trigger-point injections, Botox injections, and knee injections based on the provider's training and credentials. Performing or coordinating advanced interventional procedures, including epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, and spinal cord stimulator implants. Providing interventional pain procedures in the on-site ambulatory surgery center, as appropriate to the provider's role. Educating patients and their families about pain-management strategies, treatment expectations, and self-care techniques. Collaborating with physicians and other clinical team members to optimize patient outcomes. Maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical records. Participating in the continuous improvement of clinical practices, patient care, and operational workflows.
Requirements:
Active medical licensure and ability to prescribe medications in OR. Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of illnesses. Current DEA registration. Pain Management experience is preferred.
Pay:
$140,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
