Job Description
Sadler Health Center is hiring a full-time Family Medicine Physician to care for patients of all ages at our community health centers in Carlisle and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This is family medicine with the whole family still in it: newborns, teenagers, working adults, and elders, often from the same household and for years at a time. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we care for everyone regardless of insurance or ability to pay. Your panel will carry real medical and social complexity, and you will not manage it alone. Integrated behavioral health, case management, pharmacy, and community health workers sit on your care team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan.
- Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and comorbid conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostics and build sound treatment plans.
- Coordinate transitions of care with hospitals, specialists, and community partners.
- Lead preventive care: screenings, immunizations, and well visits
WHAT YOU BRING
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
- Active Pennsylvania medical license, or eligibility to obtain one before start date.
- Valid DEA registration prior to start date, and successful credentialing and privileging review.
