Job Description

We're a growing, physician-owned private practice in Bethlehem, PA, made up of 63 anesthesiologists and 105 CRNAs, and we're adding a full-time, partnership-track anesthesiologist to our team. Our service mix includes cardiac (covered by a dedicated team of fellowship-trained CT anesthesiologists), orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular and general surgery. We're looking for generalists who are comfortable with strong regional anesthesia skills. New graduates (including residents completing training in 2022) are encouraged to apply, and candidates with fellowships will receive strong consideration. Clinical schedule and call In-house (primary) call occurs every 14 days. On weekdays this begins mid/late afternoon (around 3-4 pm) and runs through 7 am the next day. Weekend in-house call is 24 hours (7 am-7 am). You'll be supported by 2-3 CRNAs who are also on 24-hour call with you. Backup (second) call is also every 14 days. Compensation and partnership Year 1 guaranteed starting salary: $400,000 Year 2 salary: $425,000 Partnership is voted on after 18 months and granted at the completion of 2 years. Partnership compensation averages over $450,000 per year.
