POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide remote supervision of Nurse Practitioners at a St. Louis-based health center. This role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in supplementing their hours. _____________

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform psychiatric initial evaluations and follow‑up assessments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory requirements. Provide consult liaison services to support staff and ensure timely psychiatric interventions. Apply a patient-centered approach to care, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and preferences. Maintain reliability with assigned shifts and consult volumes. _____________

QUALIFICATIONS

MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry. Active, unrestricted medical license in Missouri preferred (not required). Experience with telepsychiatry and managing diverse, multi-age patient populations is highly preferred. Must be able to work remotely; candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. (Missouri licensure preferred). _____________
