We're looking for a Collaborating Physician to lead our post-acute nephrology team, maintain strong relationships with our partner facilities, and support our growing network of mid-level providers. This is a low-clinic, high-impact leadership role — perfect for a physician who wants autonomy, work-life balance, and the ability to shape a thriving practice.

What You'll Be Doing:

Attending high-level meetings as needed where your expertise is needed No patient visits Supporting and overseeing nurse practitioners and physician assistants Reviewing and signing off on 5 notes per supervised provider Taking provider call ( NOT patient call ) to answer clinical questions Minimal travel to facilities for key meetings Meeting with providers in person on a monthly basis

Compensation:

$1,500 per supervised provider oversight biweekly
