Job Description
Adventures in Counseling is a growing private-pay mental health practice specializing in women's mental health . As a Christian faith-based practice, we are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while offering faith-integrated counseling when requested by clients. We are seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our practice. This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity for a clinician looking for flexibility and the opportunity to grow a caseload in a supportive private practice. What We Offer Fully furnished private therapy office in Lake Mary available part-time Hybrid schedule with both in-person and telehealth opportunities Flexible schedule—you set your own availability Referrals provided as available EHR and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform Administrative support for billing and client inquiries Competitive percentage split Responsibilities Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy to adults Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Manage your own schedule and accepted referrals Maintain active Florida licensure and professional liability insurance Practice in accordance with ethical and professional standards Qualifications Active Florida LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist license Professional liability insurance Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a private practice setting Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care Preferred (Not Required) EMDR Basic Trained or EMDR Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Trained Experience working with women's mental health, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, pregnancy, postpartum, or infertility If you're looking for the flexibility of private practice, a beautiful office environment, and the opportunity to build a meaningful caseload while maintaining your clinical independence, we'd love to hear from you!
