Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient care and have a strong background in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. This role involves working with a diverse patient population to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage medications for patients with mental health disorders. Provide psychotherapy and counseling as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with privacy regulations. Stay current with advancements in psychiatry and integrate best practices into patient care.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Completed residency in psychiatry. Board certification in psychiatry is preferred. Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Florida. Proven experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
