Looking for a nursing role with more balance, flexibility, and meaningful patient care? Made to Thrive Mental Health Wellness is a growing private psychiatry practice dedicated to caring for women across the lifespan. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Registered Nurse to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for an RN who enjoys connecting with patients but also likes staying organized, solving problems, and helping a small practice run smoothly. You'll work closely with our psychiatric providers and play an important role in both patient care and day-to-day operations. What You'll Be Doing Your days will be a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, including: Communicating with patients regarding medications, symptoms, and follow-up needs Assisting with medication refills, prior authorizations, and pharmacy communication Coordinating labs, referrals, medical records, and other patient care needs Reviewing and responding to patient calls and messages Supporting providers with clinical workflows and chart preparation Assisting with scheduling, patient onboarding, and other practice needs Helping identify urgent concerns and escalating them appropriately Assisting with occasional in-office patient care Why You'll Love This Role ✓ No evenings or weekends ✓ Hybrid flexibility with both remote and in-office work ✓ Part-time schedule - approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday ✓ Meaningful work helping women access quality mental health care ✓ Variety—no two days are exactly the same ✓ Supportive, collaborative small-practice environment ✓ Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding practice
