Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) - Standalone Private Practice |
Augusta, GA Area Practice Highlights Superior Work-Life Balance:
Favorable schedule with one full day off every other week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and efficient office operations--most staff depart by 5:00 PM.
Modern, Standalone Facility:
Join an established ENT clinic, featuring four exam rooms, in-office CT scanning, allergy testing, and a dedicated procedure room for balloon sinuplasty and other interventions.
State-of-the-Art & Efficient Workflow:
8-year-old facility with strong support staff (medical assistants and nurses handle rooming, vitals, history, and documentation) for streamlined, high-efficiency practice.
High Patient Volume Opportunity:
Robust demand supports good patient volume daily for experienced ENTs, backed by a strong referral network and established patient panel.
Professional & Procedural Growth:
Perform procedures in a dedicated ASC setting; partnership track available for long-term ownership potential.
Compensation & Benefits Starting Compensation:
$400,000+ for experienced candidates (2+ years post-fellowship/residency)
Performance Incentives:
Volume-driven earnings potential significantly higher for productive, experienced otolaryngologists
Call Compensation:
$1,200 per day for call coverage
