Job Description

Primary Care Opportunity in upstate South Carolina 1st year compensation over $320k Position Overview Join a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced-without RVU pressure. We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.
Compensation & Incentives Base Salary:
$235,000-$270,000 (commensurate with experience & location)
Commencement Bonus:
$60,000+ (varies by clinic)
Annual Performance Bonus:
20% of base salary
Role Highlights Patient Population:
Adults 65+ (majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus)
Census:
12-15 patients per day
Integrated Care Team:
NP/PA Medical Assistants Social Workers Lab & Pharmacy support Referral coordination
