Job Overview:
The Mid-Cumberland Region of the Tennessee Department of Health provides primary care services in eleven (11) counties in the region by staffing safety-net clinical sites. These clinics are staffed by both physicians and advanced practice nurses and serve the uninsured and underinsured population. This position will be based at the Wilson County Health Department and may involve working at other surrounding county primary care sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Plans, coordinates, delivers, and manages comprehensive health services for adults and children across various levels of care. Precepts and collaborates with mid-level clinical providers. Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion to enhance patient compliance with care plan Remains updated with best practices in medicine and provides patient-centered care.
Minimum Qualifications:
