Board Certified Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Tennessee medical license (free of restrictions, probationary terms, or conditions) No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension in any jurisdiction Have current or willing to obtain unrestricted DEA registrationIncentive/Benefits Package:
