We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery to join our multispecialty medical group at South Texas Health System Clinics in Edinburg/McAllen, Texas. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package with performance incentives, allowing you to focus on advanced reconstructive procedures--including free flap surgery--while supporting our Level I Trauma Center and working alongside a collaborative surgical team.

Responsibilities
- Provide trauma and reconstructive plastic surgery care, including complex free flap procedures
- Collaborate with trauma surgeons, surgical specialists, and advanced practice providers
- Manage inpatient and outpatient surgical care and call coverage responsibilities
- Document surgical care accurately using EMR

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Experience with free flap reconstruction and Level I trauma requirements
- Active or eligible Texas medical license
- Spanish language skills not required
