What You'll Do:
Provide emergency care at a low-volume, critical access hospital setting Manage a broad range of emergency cases with minimal specialty support Coordinate patient care and collaborate with a general surgeon on call Oversee pregnancy-related complaints, bypassing ER for OB patients over 20 weeks Document patient encounters and ensure seamless care delivery Participate in hospital emergency protocols and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need:
Active medical license in Texas Board-certified or eligible in ABEM, ABPS, or IM/FM with ED experience Minimum of 1 year of emergency medicine or urgent care experience Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital setting About the
