Monday-Thursday:
7:30 AM•5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM•5:00 PM No weekends required On-call responsibilities: To be discussed during the interview
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Body Plastic Surgeon to join a growing, well-established surgical and dermatology practice in Fulshear, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role based in a modern outpatient surgical center, focused on cosmetic and reconstructive body procedures. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in body contouring surgeries, patient-focused, and interested in contributing to practice growth while delivering exceptional surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cosmetic and reconstructive body procedures, including: Liposuction, Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck), Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), Post-weight loss body contouring, Brachioplasty (Arm Lift), Thigh Lift, Mommy Makeover procedures, Fat transfer procedures Conduct comprehensive surgical consultations and pre-operative evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical findings Provide post-operative follow-up care and manage complications as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Ensure compliance with surgical safety standards, infection control, and best practices Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesiology, and surgical coordinators for optimal patient flow Educate patients on procedural risks, recovery expectations, and realistic outcomes Participate in practice growth and marketing initiatives as appropriate
Qualifications:
MD degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency Board Certified / Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery (ABPS or equivalent) Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain) Active DEA license (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated expertise in cosmetic body procedures
Preferred:
Fellowship training in Aesthetic Surgery Experience in a high-volume cosmetic surgery practice Strong portfolio of before-and-after surgical outcomes Interest in practice development and patient education
Work Environment:
Outpatient surgical center and clinic setting Requires standing for extended periods and performing complex surgical procedures Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team
