Administer anesthesia and monitor vital signs during surgical procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort. Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans. Manage pain control during and after procedures using medications and techniques. Collaborate with surgical teams and maintain detailed documentation using systems like Epic or Cerner. Educate patients and families on anesthesia procedures, risks, and post-op care. Ideal candidates will have hospital-based experience, strong pain management skills, and familiarity with medical software.
