Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Family Doctor to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to diverse patient populations including pediatrics. As a Family Doctor, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Duties Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to accurately diagnose various health conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and patient preferences. Manage acute and chronic illnesses across multiple specialties including, pediatrics, and more. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters, track health data, and facilitate seamless communication among healthcare teams. Perform procedures including suturing, wound care, and other minor interventions as needed. Collaborate with specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Provide health coaching and preventive care services to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention. Stay current with medical research developments and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Skills Extensive knowledge of family medicine principles. Experience with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and efficient workflow management. Ability to perform clinical procedures including suturing. Knowledge of specialties like cardiology, endocrinology, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, dermatology, pulmonology, neurology, oncology, immunology, rheumatology, and others relevant to family practice. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Critical thinking abilities combined with attention to detail in patient assessment and care planning. Familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes and medical terminology for accurate documentation.
