KEY ADVANTAGES

The Physician will have his/her own Medical Assistant during every patient visit (no self driving required). A dedicated Medical Support Specialist will be assigned to each Physician to assist during every visit and with paperwork. No monotonous clinic or hospital environment. Lunch allowance will be provided.

ESSENTIAL ROLE

Providing healthcare in the patient's home.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Adheres to the highest standards ethics and professionalism at all times. Responsible for providing continuity of care in the home to geriatric individuals with limited mobility and limited access to traditional primary care facilities. Assesses complex medical cases using a range of diagnostic methods, while actively promoting preventive care and early intervention. Communicates effectively with patients, caregivers, nurses, and other providers/vendors as necessary to ensure proper diagnoses and treatment. Documents each patient visit thoroughly and in a timely manner, in accordance with HomeKure Doctors of America procedure. Scope includes signing all care plans, nursing communications, medical equipment orders, and all other necessary paperwork.
