Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments through detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations to establish accurate diagnoses. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including medication management, procedural interventions, and lifestyle counseling. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately, track progress, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Interpret medical imaging results such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds to support diagnostic accuracy across specialties like radiology, neurology, or orthopedics. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals including specialists in cardiology, oncology, gastroenterology, dermatology, and more to deliver comprehensive patient care. Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management strategies tailored to individual needs. Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects to advance medical knowledge and enhance service delivery. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction. Post-residency experience demonstrating proficiency across multiple specialties such as internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or surgery. Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, pharmacology, and diagnostic procedures. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and care coordination. Hands-on experience with medical imaging interpretation and procedural skills including suturing, catheterization, or airway management. Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with healthcare teams and educate patients effectively. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), along with relevant specialty certifications where applicable.
