Job Description
This established rural healthcare organization is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join its growing primary care team. Offers a broad scope of practice, strong earning potential, and a predictable lifestyle without sacrificing quality patient care.
- Join an established practice alongside another primary care physician and an experienced APP with immediate patient volume available
- Employed Internal Medicine position combining outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and nursing home care responsibilities
- Manageable clinic volume of approximately 10-12 patients per day, allowing for longer visits and relationship-driven medicine
- Flexible schedule with 32-36 patient care hours per week and a predictable daily workflow
- Light shared call with physicians caring for their own hospitalized patients and excellent cross-coverage support
