Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, promoting health, preventing illness, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments through physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic evaluations to determine health status and needs. Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate preventive care, health education, and management of acute and chronic illnesses across diverse patient populations. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately, track progress, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Collaborate effectively with specialists and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on health maintenance strategies, lifestyle modifications, medication management, and disease prevention techniques. Stay current with medical advancements by engaging in ongoing clinical research, training, and adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality. Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure as a Family Practice Physician or equivalent certification. Post-residency experience in primary care or family medicine demonstrating proficiency in outpatient settings. Extensive knowledge of healthcare diagnosis, treatment protocols across multiple specialties Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for efficient documentation and patient management. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients on their health needs. Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, infection control practices, and compliance with HIPAA standards.
