Primary responsibilities include an outpatient clinic along with inpatient coverage every third week
See an average of 14 patients per day, Monday
Friday
Hospitalist coverage every third week, managing a low inpatient census with an average of 3 patients
Optional ED coverage opportunities, such as the opportunity to pick up to 10 ED shifts per month. With the help of an NP, you can manage an ED shift, even during your clinic, which is located on the hospital campus $700,000+ earning potential matched up with lower patient volumes
Compensation has a base salary with a generous wRVU that is guaranteed and is never adjusted, only rewarded for additional wRVUs with weekly stipends for inpatient coverage along with inpatient wRVUs
$30,000 Sign-on

$150,000 Student Loans
$700,000 plus income based on current physician earnings (seeing 14 patients|day and managing an inpatient census of 3, and picking up ED shifts)
