Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality clinical assessments and facilitating shared decision-making Managing patient care through in-person visits and telemedicine Collaborating with a care team of physicians, FNPs, and PAs to implement treatment plansQualifications:
MD/DO with certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with technology and openness to clinical improvements Preferred experience in outpatient primary care or chronic condition managementDetails:
