Every day you will practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services at or above customary community standards, adhering to the highest ethical and professional guidelines, including those of the American Medical Association. Your work will be primarily based at the clinic on the Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley West campus, utilizing a new ultrasound machine and two dedicated NST rooms, with convenient onsite lab access. You'll benefit from a flexible work week and leverage our extensive resources, including supply chain expertise, technology implementation trainers, and centralized credentialing, freeing you to prioritize exceptional patient care within your community. Delivers High-Quality Patient Care and Documentation:
Physicians provide superior ambulatory care, conducting examinations, services, and maintaining meticulous medical records in accordance with all policies, including those for managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid. Adheres to
Regulatory and Ethical Standards:
Physicians strictly comply with all federal and state reimbursement plans, the ethical and religious directives of sponsoring entities, and the Hospital's comprehensive policies, procedures, and medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations. Engages in
Quality Improvement and Peer Review:
Physicians actively participate in clinical and quality improvement initiatives, contribute to physician peer review, utilization review, and serve on medical staff committees as assigned to enhance overall service delivery. Contributes to
Operational Excellence and Professional Growth:
Physicians advise on operational matters, including personnel, business oversight, and equipment evaluation, while maintaining professional competence through continuous medical education and board certification, staying abreast of the latest medical developments. We are offering a guaranteed base salary of $415,474, with additional call and incentive pay, alongside a generous $38,201 sign-on bonus and up to $15,000 in relocation assistance. Job Requirements Required:
