Job Description Family Medicine Physician Bristow, Virginia Join a thriving outpatient practice that provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through adults, in one of Northern Virginia's fastest-growing communities. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys the breadth and continuity of Family Medicine. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care, values long-term relationships with patients and families, and is excited to help shape the future growth of Family Medicine within the practice.
Schedule :
8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends or late nights!) Choose UVA Health!

What You'll Do Patient Care :
Conduct thorough assessments of an estimated 18-20 patients (pediatric to adults) per day, diagnoses, and develop innovative treatment plans.
Preventive Care :
Lead wellness exams and health screenings, empowering patients with knowledge.
Minor Procedures :
Showcase your skills with minor in office procedures and patient education.
Chronic Disease Management :
Provide expert care for patients with chronic conditions.

Ideal Candidate Board Certified in Family Medicine Able to obtain Virginia License The base compensation range for this role is $240,000 - $350,000 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
