Mon- Thu 8:30 am
- 8:30 pm; Fri 8:30 am
- 6:00 pm Schedule options: 5x8, 4x10, or 4x12 — 40 to 48 hrs/week ~20 patients per day on an 8-hour shift Primary care panel plus urgent care and walk-in patients Adults and sick children only — no well-child care provided FQHC serving uninsured and underinsured patient population Leave coverage — approximately 6 months
