- Physiatry MD/DO to our team!
- BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Fellowship training in Interventional Spine preferred, not required
BLS, ACLS
required Current and unrestricted Virginia practice license or ability to obtain required Experience in practice highly preferred New grads will be considered Start date will be 120 days after having signed offer- prefer 2026 8:00-4:30 Mon-Fri Physicians take own practice call except when on ATO; no RX refills after hours 100%
OUTPATIENT
interventional spine procedures, including fluoroscopic ESIs, facet injections, RFA, SI joint injections, and related procedures, EMG preferred Lab, Xray, EMG Ultrasound Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible PM&R physician with a strong interventional spine focus. Excellent opportunity for both new and experienced physiatrists to thrive in a collaborative, outpatient-focused environment. Provide outpatient musculoskeletal (MSK) and spine evaluations. Perform EMG/NCS studies and Interventional pain procedures. Works closely with our Orthopedics, team: Orthopedic Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physical Therapists , and Occupational Therapy 1:1 Clinical support, as well as Admin support in the practice and an Xray tech and procedure schedulerEPIC EMR
- MyChart for virtual health as appropriate 3 practice locations
- Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth
- all 15 to 30 min apart
- one location per day
Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed Base Compensation of $326,000 for first two years plus productivity and quality incentives if wRVU threshold is metBonus Available:

$10,000 Comprehensive benefits package including multiple medical plan options, dental, vision, and prescription coverage 403b retirement savings plus matching on first 4% Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan for Physicians- 5% of clinical comp up to $25,000 per year for first 3 years
