What You'll Do Provide comprehensive acupuncture treatments tailored to each patient's individual needs Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on their care Build strong relationships with patients and encourage treatment compliance Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate with other healthcare providers in an integrated clinical setting Deliver outstanding patient care with professionalism and compassion QualificationsRequired Passed the NCCAOM examinations and eligible for Virginia Acupuncture Licensure Chinese language is a MUST. Fluent in English. Passionate about patient care with excellent communication skills Reliable, professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Preferred Graduated from a TCM university in China Previous clinical experience is a plus New graduates preparing for the Virginia licensing process are encouraged to apply. We provide mentorship, and board exam preparation support during the training period. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $50,000-$80,000 per year or commission-based compensation Performance bonuses Health insurance.
