Inpatient:

100% in--hospital admissions Average # of

Patients Per Day:

8-10 patients per day Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc.: Respond to Codes and rapid responses. Ventilator management experience preferred; management of step-down level patients.

Patient acuity:

Observation/inpatient floor level of care and intermediate level of care; ability to manage stabilization of critically ill patient and arrange for transport to tertiary care level.

EMR/Documentation:

Cerner Community Works and AI scribe support

Additional Notes:

Small community hospital. Friendly and supportive nursing staff. Collegial working relationship with ED team and surgeons. Strong Case management team to support discharge process of medial patients. Strong overnight hospitalist MD team.
