Job Description

About Battle Ground Healing Arts Battle Ground Healing Arts carries forward nearly a century of healing on Main Street in Battle Ground, WA. The building itself dates to the 1930s, when Dr. Henry Skinner established his medical practice there as one of north Clark County's earliest physicians — laying the groundwork for a space devoted to care long before "integrative medicine" was a term anyone used. In the late 1980s, Dr. Jillian Stansbury, a naturopathic physician and clinical herbalist, revived that tradition, founding Battle Ground Healing Arts and building it into a nationally recognized center for botanical medicine and naturopathic care. In January 2025, after 35 years of stewardship, Dr. Stansbury passed the practice into the hands of Dr. Nicole Lewis — continuing that legacy while bringing a modern vision to integrative healthcare. About the Role Battle Ground Healing Arts is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and innovative Naturopathic Physician to join our integrative clinical team. This role is ideal for someone looking to integrate into a small community — Battle Ground is home to many people actively seeking alternative medicine and true naturopathic care. Our practice combines time-honored, traditional naturopathic medicine with modern technology and advanced modalities. You will step into a busy clinic with a steady flow of patients and the ability to build a full schedule quickly, supported by our dedicated biller, virtual assistant, and scheduler so you can focus on patient care instead of admin. Despite the strong patient demand, the pace here doesn't feel rushed — this is still a small-town practice, where you'll have the time to build real relationships and practice medicine the way you trained for. You will provide root-cause, whole-person naturopathic primary care, evaluating patients using a functional and integrative approach, creating individualized treatment plans, and supporting patients through nutrition, botanical and homeopathic medicine, lifestyle modification, and diagnostic testing — with an in-house apothecary so patients can act on their care plan without leaving the building. Qualifications Active ND licensure in Washington State; ND/LAc a plus Open to new grads looking to grow their practice as well as experienced providers Strong foundation in primary care and naturopathic medicine Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team Why Join Join a legacy Battle Ground is a growing city with strong, steady demand for true naturopathic care Busy practice with immediate patient flow — build a full schedule quickly Create the practice you love, with support staff and infrastructure already in place Employment or tenant/independent arrangement available, depending on what fits your goals To apply , please submit your CV and Cover Letter to be considered for this position.
