Responsibilities Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, alignments, and tire services. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Assist in sales efforts by recommending additional services based on customer needs. Requirements Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and maintenance. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to vehicle servicing. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Experience as a service technician is highly desirable. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices including oil changes, alignment, and tire services is beneficial. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
